There are only a few reasons why you will have trouble signing in. Here are a few different scenarios, please read through them before contacting us for assistance, as this slows down the delivery service.

1. I signed up just now and I can not sign in, whats going on? You must wait to be verified and approved by our staff. We will contact you, via text, once you are approved.

We do our best to get to you in a very timely manner. We will always send you an initial ETA, but please keep in mind, we are a very small mom & pop collective, so we do our best to get to you within the hour. Orders sent in the day before will get priority. Please do not send an order to your place of or any place of business. We like to be as respectful of our neighbors and discrete as possible. We will only deliver to residential address, unless we make a very specific exception.

These are the min donation amounts for different areas:

Oxnard - $50 — Ventura - $65 — Camarillo - $75 — Newbury Park - $85 — Thousand Oaks - $120 — Simi Valley - $135

Unfortunately, unless its a very very good reason, we do not like for our drivers to deliver to any place of business out of respect for the neighbors. We encourage you and our drivers to be as discrete as possible.
